About the NINJA program

Second edition of NINJA acceleration program officially launched in November 2024. The cohort of 5 startups was selected to go through an intensive 10-weeks program full of workshops, one-on-one mentorship and domain consultations. The program covered 5 topics through the workshops:

  • KPIs and Goals Setting
  • Bridging Cultures: Navigating Serbian Startups in Asian Markets
  • Go to Market Strategies
  • Sales Processes
  • Fundraising and Pitch preparation

Besides the workshops and mentorship, startups had a unique opportunity to work with additional domain experts, depending on their current needs and challenges they had as well as goals they wanted to achieve in 10 weeks, which they set up after the first workshop - Goal Setting.
